2 Black-necked Grebe: Both in SW(?) corner Cumnor side very close to shore - one in constant company of a Shoveler drake; the other further along with Mallards and Coots - very good views.
Red-necked Grebe: In same location as Black-necked Grebes - mostly in company of Great Crested Grebes which allowed for perfect size comparisons and showing the striking yellow beak compared to the pink of the Great Crested.
