A couple of images of the White Stork with the clearest view of its colour-ring. I'm struggling to decipher it. I'm assuming it's the same bird that was at Buscot Wick?
That's probably my best guess. I cannot find a ringing scheme that seems to fit that colour/code on the European colour-ring website. It was suggested the Buscot bird was from a Devon reintroduction scheme but I can find no details of that online.
CV03 on a yellow ring on the left leg is a bird from the Cove Valley private estate release scheme in Devon, according to Google. Cove Valley has a website www.covevalley.co.uk
