Huge number of Starling coming into evening roost in the reed bed 500m west of Appleford Station. A more-or-less constant stream of flocks comprising 100+ individuals coming from the west (Sutton Courtenay direction). Best estimate of numbers- c.14,500.
There is also a substantial Pied Wag roost on the Frieze Way/A44 roundabout nr Peartree
