2 Lesser Spotted Woodpecker First one spotted huddled against a branch whilst scanning a flock of tits. Second one spotted flying between trees near reserve entrance. Well pleased! Green and GS Woodpeckers observed in abundance....
Raven: Initially seen riding a thermal high above the Buzzards and Kites, also seen in a field near the reserve entrance. There was a steady backdrop of 'cronking' throughout large parts of the afternoon so it's very possible there was more than one bird.
