Sproghawk interest in Marcham ?

I have just watched a female Sparrowhawk stashing a part corpse of a Pigeon (?) in my neighbours large children's tree house.  After arriving and perching on an outer wall at 9.20pm, it surveyed the area around before hoping  to the rear and stashing it amongst branches, by trampling it on those resting on the rear wall of the upper section of tree house.  A very dark area under adjacent dense canopy plus tree house roof a matter of feet above.  It immediately then flew off at 9.27pm  Throughout; the hawk was only just visible to me in the gloom.  I presume it chose this site as it is completely hidden to overview of other birds that might steal its' Doggy bag.  Two Red Kites are all but resident over the gardens here and have seemingly taken to roosting about 60 metres away; much earlier in the evening, but I doubt they could manouvere to the site even if they could see through the impenetrable vegetation screen.
AM UPDATE:  Squab served with - al dente - greens !
PM Update:  4.20 report from landowner notes the corpse has been removed - another case of killer returning to scene of the crime?
