Park on Bell Lane in Cassington OX29 4DS and follow footpath east for c 1/4 of a mile.
The footpath eventually runs adjacent to the pit and has a gate to view the site from (marked by the cross) birds are distant so a scope would be required, please keep to public rights of way.
