455 Redwing: As well as c20-30 'present', the was an obvious, but modest thrush migration from c10 30 am until noon. So 400+ in several small parties not exceeding 10.all going WSW. 15:52.
2 Siskin: Going west. Almost certainly under count. See chaffinch. 15:52.
150 Chaffinch: Movement west started 10 30 am. Watch ended noon. All small parties between 2 and 6 . 15:52.
Skylark: 13. Small parties south . 15:52.
Snipe: Seen to go WSW initially high but possibly dropped into fields. 15:52.
9 Fieldfare: Caught up in redwing push. 15:52.
Sparrowhawk: m. Stooged around for an hour. Seemed to be attending thrushes. 15:52.
250 Golden Plover: 29 flew south. Rest in large flock often rising high into air to east of pit. 15:52.
