Ferruginous Duck from this morning - as Gareth has already mentioned, seems to fit the bill, ie. head shape, bill nail / long bill shape, white belly, I believe white wing bars (not seen personally) and underwing and white undertail. Of note, it appears the Northants Daventry Res bird has disappeared overnight. More scrutiny on pics needed but looks likely to be the same bird and therefore juv male.
