It’s very disappointing that this blog should is not following Bird Guides in having a blanket ban on photos of rare breeding birds between 1st March to 31st July. By posting these photos you are encouraging other photographers to do likewise which will inevitably lead to disturbance.
Do you need wellies or are ordinary boots okay at the moment?

DeleteReally? The Bitterns at Otmoor breed in places with no public access. Distant flight shots are hardly going to 'lead to inevitable disturbance'
