Looks like an "A" with a "J " below on this Roseate Terns ring.

Unable to read the rings (left leg only) - the ring type used on Roseates often shows a 4-digit code usually repeated twice, so top two numbers/letters and then the bottom two numbers/letters. Hopefully someone with better images can provide the details.
