9 Egyptian Goose: Two family groups on the river bank. One group of 2 adults and 7 goslings. The other 200 hundred yards downstream opposite church with 2 adults and 4 goslings. 14:00.
2 Shelduck: On edge of floods. 14:00.

Spotted Crake: still on Greenaways, closest about 100 yards along bridleway from cattle pens towards big hide. 21:30.
4 Crane: 2 prs. 1 pair on Ashrave, other flew in from E to Big Otmoor. 21:30.
Oystercatcher: Big Otmoor. 21:30.
4 Hobby: at least 4 over trees lining Big Otmoor until nearly dark. 21:30.
4 Cuckoo: apparently 3 calling males, and a female bubble call. 21:30.
