40 Brambling: In pine trees and feeding in corner of set aside field closest to the road. Please be aware a visiting local Oxon birder was challenged by a woman in white estate car yesterday for being in the field saying the local farmer has planted this field specially for wild birds and is paid for doing so. The Brambling are easily viewable from the road. SP314249. 10:30.
150 Linnet: In three separate flocks in the top most branches of the small trees closest to the road - calling and singing constantly. SP314249. 10:30.
