Port Meadow: 31st December
2 Red-breasted Goose: they were at the north side of flood with barnacles. at around 1:33pm a dog flushed them away to the west river. then saw them again at around 3:30, at the west side of flood. 12:06.

Possible 8 Ring-necked Parakeet: I am no expert but the group flew overhead yesterday making such a squawking noise unlike any native birds. The silhouettes had long thin tails and the wings had feathered edges. I am not quite sure of the time but it was dark. Would welcome confirmation. SP504096. 16:00.
