  1. Nice one Nick. I embarrassed to say that the quoted grid reference is my house !!! At 4pm I was watching the build up to the footie - Chelsea v Liverpool. Worked the patch for three and half hours in the morning with only the Peregrine as a reward. I think we are definitely benefitting from flyovers to/from Otmoor, this year Great White Egret, Marsh Harrier, Oystercatcher etc

    1. Thanks Jeremy! Yes I'd just had an unproductive (but much briefer) scout at Water Eaton myself and popped into a friend's Templar Rd garden for a cuppa on the way home when the plover flew overhead noisily. I'm sure you're right about the Otmoor boost at Water Eaton. Hoping to start making it there more regularly in coming weeks, will look out for you.
      Good first away result for the champions, hope you enjoyed it!
