Mealy Redpoll At least 1 with modest sized flinch flock at willow pond. Mostly goldfinch a few siskins and only c6 redpoll. Flew off just as got scope on mealy. Seen in alders near peg 36.
Mediterranean Gull: ad. Flew south.
Caspian Gull: adult. Looks like dix bird.
Peregrine: ad. Flew south.

Adult Caspian standing on South side of island at Dix Pit on 25th 12:10-13:00, by group of Cormorants..again. Only Vis from NE of water body, NOT from usual viewing point at NW of water, by field gate. Appears Kleptoparasitic on Cormorants (?) from repeated sightings over past three weeks..
