    Could someone tell me where abouts in Appleford you see all these birds.

      The pits are to the north of the A4016 between Sutton Courtenay and Appleford.
      There is a single track road that runs below the pylons which you can drive/walk along to view the two pits.
      The Birds can be distant so a scope would be useful.
