It's a Marsh Tit - have seen a single here in March & April earlier this year and saw and photographed this bird yesterday (https://ebird.org/checklist/S94462301). It is a bit of a mystery - have never heard it call, and had no hint of it in-between. I wonder if it is an unpaired female perhaps roaming widely on this side of the Thames.
