Port Meadow 26th October

PECTORAL SANDPIPER juv still present on southern flood 14:00

(per Phil Barnett, Mark Chivers,Mark Mckeown).

14 Lapwing: flying as a flock near the southern flood area. 14:00.
16 Golden Plover: flying as a flock near the southern flood area. there should be more according to other birders' reports but I only saw 16. 14:00.
Pectoral Sandpiper: I didn't see it at first at around 1:30 pm, it disappeared for a while due to an un-leaded dog(according to a birder who arrived early mentioned, a dog owner threw a stick for the dog to pick it up near the flood, pec sandpiper and golden plovers got frightened and flew away). after 10 or 15mins it back to the southern flood area. 14:00.
