2 Goosander: 1m/1 f. On flooded river downstream of the lock. Road to lock covered in water, but passable with care in wellington boots. Upstream of lock, the path is covered and not safe to pass. Yarnton Mead on opposite bank largely flooded attracting large number of gulls mainly black headed. 16:12.
