20th April Sparsholt Firs Ridgeway

A Hoopoe reported 20th April along the Ridgeway between Sparsholt Firs and White Horse Hill. It was feeding actually on the Ridgeway path at a point slightly closer to Sparsholt Firs adjacent to a field of rape on the north side.

      Might not be regular bird watchers and be unfamiliar with reporting sightings!

    It was posted as soon as the information was received from the observer, a casual birdwatcher walking the Ridgeway.
