Ardley ERF 15th April

Teal - 9
Gadwall - 3
Peregrine - 1. Appears to be a 2nd year bird, probably female given its size.
Green sandpiper - 1 on lagoon
Meadow pipit - 5+
Skylark - 5+
Wheatear - 8. All in usual spot on the far side of the first field.

    Is the field with the Wheatear the one between the incinerator and quarry?

    Yes. I walk down from the main road and it's the big field on the right between you and the quarry. It's the first section of that field nearest the road that the wheatears seem to prefer. Always quite distant towards the far side.
