Unfortunately one of our Key Holders has snapped their key in the BOS padlock. This means that if you visit the reserve out of normal Thames Water working hours 07.30 to 15.30 Monday to Friday you could get locked in by a Thames Water employee.
We hope to have a new padlock with 7 to 10 days that takes you key.
