Otmoor 6th November
Marsh Harrier observed during Starling Roost.
Both wings carrying green tags. Right wing marking; P4. Left wing believed to carry the same inscription.
Two other Marsh Harriers present.

more info on the scheme here Hopefully we will be able to gain some more details
on the Otmoor bird in due course.
