Larkhill 22nd September

YELLOW BROWED WARBLER found this afternoon by Ian Smith.

After a 3 hour wait it called and showed for thirty seconds at 1838 then at c18:45 it was seen to fly high south (per Ewan, Mark Merritt, Leo Bateman).

Still present 15:30 though mobile and elusive (per Badger, Lew, Clackers).

Common Chiffchaff 6+
Blackcap 2
Golden Plover 30+
Linnet 50+

Park next to the underground reservoir at Lark Hill then continue along main track for c200 yds and view small copse and scrub on the left adjacent to the derelict farm buildings.
