Apologies if this appears twice. Cannot post from phone for some reason.
The drake Garganey still present at 20.05pm (a photographer who came in the hide this evening said he'd seen 3 Garganey at the Pit this am. I've been twice today but only seen the one drake. He'd not managed to get a photo).
I think the 'Northern' Golden Plover bathing/feeding might be injured.
Hobby hunting low over the water this evening.
Otherwise, usual species.
