4 Little Grebe

2 Caspian Gull: 1s reseller. Earlier i reported 1 here. There are 2 similarly plumaged. Am now happy there were true yesterday too. 17:09.
10 Yellow-legged Gull: One juv which already has some 1w scaps etc has a green darvic ring. Code not discernable. Probably from carmargue though this needs confirmation. 17:13.
3 Black-tailed Godwit: Flew in from ENE. Circled the pit 3 times before rising high and leaving SE. Undoubtedly, they would have landed to rest and feed if the pit had the shoreline its supposed to have. Sadly, despite this being the height of wader passage, the site is yet to be cleared of invasive vegetation. Shame, as history shows the site can pull in waders in need of rest and feeding. 14:16.
Caspian Gull: 1s. Plus at least 6 yellow legged gulls and a GBB. 14:16.
Hobby: juv. 14:16.
