Great white egret - 1
Cattle egret - 5 adults on the Queen Pool island. All the young appear to have fully fledged now. Whereas last year several of the young birds remained around the lake on the grass banks to feed, they have not done so this year. Presumably some of the young seen in the groups in other Oxon locations this summer may be some of the Blenheim birds. It is hard to be certain but I'd say 3 nests fledged about 5 or 6 young. Great to see them successful again.
