The 3 Glossy Ibis continue their stay at Otmoor (with the wing damaged bird on the left). I have assumed that they are immature birds based on the markings at the base of the bill and the general lack of colours but would welcome any comments on key id features of winter adults v immatures, ageing and male v female etc (may be useful next spring).
