There are signs at the top and bottom of Otmoor Lane (in the village and in the RSPB car park) saying that work will be taking place between Monday and Friday of the week ahead. The sign says that access will be restricted and delays will be inevitable.
I hope that the repairs will be more comprehensive than the patchwork pothole filling that has happened recently. It might be advisable to avoid the lane in working hours next week.
