Chilswell valley: 31st December

12 Waxwing: On two silver birches at the bottom of the valley close to the A34 but no further sign by 15:30 (per Moth et al).

Stonechat: male. Perched alongside the lane at the top of the valley.
60 Meadow Pipit: On the field at the top of the lane.
