Ruff: My second quick visit. Ruff now with 3 redshank. Going on size and leg colour I think the ruff is a bird I've seen here before. Ditto the redshanks. Where are all these birds inc lots of goldies when they're not at Cote? 14:07.

    Hi Mick, what time is best to head there? I'm thinking of going tomorrow. From your previous notes, walk up Yelford lane from Cote and look east, is that right?...

      Yep. Park in Cote. Single lane, watch traffic. No specific time. Big flock can go AWOL. But usually something. Please don't walk east into fields except the one that's got a footpath going east. Also, please approach viewing spots carefully to avoid flushing owt nearer road. Thanks
