In which fields are you seeing the dunlin, golden plover etc. at Cote. Is it in one or more of the flooded fields to the east and west of the Cote to Chimney Road?
Yes as Glen says. Sadly, the latest deluge means the feeding areas are now not available and nearly all the birds have moved on. Golden plover flock gone, just a handful. C100 lapwings. 10 dunlin flying around with those. I plan to scour the wider Cote area for newly flooded fields. I noted new floods near Lew in passing. .

I was there today but didn't see anything.
