Blenheim: Blenheim Lake
3 Great White Egret: 3 birds feeding in queens pool. The lake is being drained in Oct 2018 for a survey. The lake will be filled up again in November, and if all goes to plan drained and the silt dredged out in 2020. 15:45.

    It's looking really good there at present and has the appearance of a tidal creek.
    This site currently has the most potential in Oxfordshire for something good to show up (other than the GWE) and is worth a look.

    We always come in from the combe gate and walk round access via Long Hanborough.
